Fatal single-vehicle crash Wagga Wagga

Two men have died following a fatal single-vehicle crash in the state's south.

About 2.35pm today, emergency services responded to reports of a single-vehicle truck crash at the intersection of Hale Street and Oura Road, Wagga Wagga.

Officers from Riverina Police District attended and found a truck had crashed into a railway overpass.

Two men – the driver and sole passenger – both died at the scene. They are yet to be formally identified, however, are both believed to be aged in their 70s.

A crime scene has been established and a report will be prepared for the coroner.
