Police are investigating a fatal traffic crash at Carina this afternoon, Queensland Police say.
Preliminary information suggests around 5pm a Toyota sedan was travelling north on Creek Road when it left the road, veered across southbound lanes at the intersection of Gray Street and hit a tree.
The female driver and sole occupant of the vehicle was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
