A man has died following a single vehicle traffic crash at Cooloola Cove yesterday afternoon, Queensland Police say.
Around 2pm, a vehicle travelling along Rainbow Beach Road left the roadway and hit a culvert before crashing into a tree.
Police attended and located a 39-year-old man and sole occupant of the vehicle deceased at the scene.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the cause of the crash.
