Police are investigating following a fatal traffic crash involving a pedestrian at Kingston yesterday afternoon, Queensland Police say.
Preliminary information indicates around 5.45pm a man attempted to cross Kingston Road near Marshall Street and was struck by a passing vehicle.
The 52-year-old man was transported to Princess Alexandra Hospital with life-threatening injuries and was later pronounced deceased.
The driver of the vehicle was uninjured.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
