The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating after a fatal traffic crash at Logan Central yesterday evening, Queensland Police say.
Preliminary investigations indicate at around 6.20pm, a man riding a bicycle was attempting to cross Wembley Road when he collided with a motorcycle travelling east on Wembley Road.
The 68-year-old bicycle rider from Kingston was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The male motorcycle rider was transported to the Princess Alexandra Hospital with life threatening injuries.
Investigators are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the crash or who have dash cam footage of the incident to contact police.
