Forensic Crash Unit officers are investigating a fatal traffic crash at Rocklea this evening., Queensland Police say
Preliminary inquiries indicate at 7.20pm a ute was travelling east on Marshall Road. Just prior to the intersection of Beaudesert Road the ute has left the road and collided with a tree. The ute has rolled onto its side before hitting a parked van.
The driver and sole occupant, a 32-year-old man, died at the scene.
No one else was physically injured in the incident.
Investigations are continuing.
