A man has died following a single-vehicle traffic crash in Springfield Central last night, 6 August.
Around 11.03pm, emergency services were called to a crash involving a silver Toyota Hilux at the Sinnathamby Boulevard and University Drive intersection.
The passenger of the Hilux, a man in his 20s, sustained critical injuries and was declared deceased at the scene.
The driver of the Hilux, a man in his 30s, sustained minor injuries and was transported to Princess Alexandra Hospital for assessment.
The Forensic Crash Unit are investigating the circumstances of the crash.
