Police are investigating a fatal single vehicle traffic crash that occurred at Yarraden, 130km east of Pormpuraaw yesterday evening, Queensland Police say.
Initial investigations indicate at about 7pm, a vehicle travelling on Strathgordon Road left the roadway and rolled.
A male occupant of the vehicle was located deceased at the scene.
Two other occupants from the vehicle walked to a cattle station in the area to raise the alarm.
Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
