Fatal traffic crash in Waterford West, QLD

A man has died in a traffic crash in Waterford West this afternoon, Queensland Police say.

Just after 2.30pm a motorcyclist who was travelling on Logan Reserve Road has collided with a car as it was turning into Mark Lane from Logan Reserve Road.

The motorcyclist, a 62-year-old Waterford West man, was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The sole occupant of the car a 63-year-old male driver was transported to Logan Hospital with minor injuries.

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
