A pedestrian has died following a traffic crash at Kulangoor overnight., Queensland Police say
Initial investigations suggest shortly before 9pm, a 26-year-old woman was crossing the Nambour Connection Road when she was struck by a van travelling along the road.
The 26-year-old woman from Cleveland was transported to Nambour Hospital where she died a short time later as a result of her injuries.
Police are appealing for any witnesses to the crash to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
The Forensic Crash Unit continues its investigations into the incident.
