Police are investigating following a fatal truck crash at Catherine Field, near Camden today, NSW Police say.
Just after 6am, tomorrow, police and emergency services were called to Deepfields Road following reports of a truck crash.
On arrival, officers found the truck crashed into tree and caught alight.
The driver of the truck was located deceased. He has not been formally identified at this stage.
Officers from Camden Local Area Command have established a crime scene to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash.
Crime scene investigators and Police Rescue are en route to the scene.
The road is expected to be closed for a number of hours to enable examination of the scene.
A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
Police are urging anyone with information in relation to this incident to call Crime Stopers.
