Police are on the scene of a fatal workplace accident in Sydney’s south west, NSW Police say.
About 10.35am (Friday 11 May 2018), emergency services were called to a warehouse in Condell Park, after reports of an accident involving a forklift.
A male employee of the warehouse died at the scene. His age has not yet been released.
Police from Bankstown Police Area Command have established a crime scene at the location, and have commenced inquiries into the incident.
A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
Police have notified Worksafe NSW of the incident, and will be attending the scene.
Police are urging anyone with information in relation to this incident to call Crime Stoppers.
