For this reason, as of 01 July 2022, the UK Intellectual Property Office will no longer accept PCT-SAFE filings.
We are in the process of implementing ePCT-Filing as a replacement for PCT-SAFE and we are looking to accept filings via this system as of 01 July 2022. We will provide further updates on this in due course.
We currently and will continue to accept PCT applications via alternatives methods, such as eOLF, after 01 July 2022.
