The fourth and final suspect has been arrested following a disturbance at a Munno Para fast-food restaurant in February.
Just after 11pm on Saturday 15 February, police attended at a fast-food restaurant on Curtis Road, Munno Para, after reports four men had entered the premises with weapons. Luckily no one was injured.
As a result of an investigation by Youth and Street Gangs Task Force, on Sunday 15 February, a 23-year-old man from Klemzig was arrested and charged with aggravated affray, aggravated assault, aggravated serious criminal trespass and property damage.
He was refused police bail and appeared in the Adelaide Magistrates Court on Monday 16 February, where he was remanded in custody.
Following further investigations, two more suspects, a 20-year-old Klemzig man and a 19-year-old man of no fixed place were arrested on Tuesday 17 February, and charged with affray and property damage. They were refused police bail and appeared in the Elizabeth Magistrates Court the following day. The 20-year-old man was bailed, while the 19-year-old man was remanded in custody.
As a result of ongoing enquiries, on Thursday 5 March, the Youth and Street Gangs Task Force located the outstanding fourth suspect.
The 25-year-old Oakden man was arrested and charged with aggravated affray.
He was bailed to appear in the Elizabeth Magistrates Court on Wednesday 15 April.
Police reassure the public that this incident was not random. No further suspects are being sought.
