Investigations are underway into the cause of a fire which damaged a home in Sydney’s west today, NSW Police say.
Emergency services were called to Belgium Street, Auburn, about 1.15pm today (Sunday 6 May 2018) and found a house well alight.
Fire fighters attended and extinguished the blaze.
The house was totally destroyed.
No occupants were home at the time and no injuries have been reported.
Officers from Auburn Police Area Command attended and established a crime scene.
The cause of the fire is still to be determined, however, it is not being treated as suspicious.
Police are urging anyone with information in relation to this incident to call Crime Stoppers.
