Fire In Unoccupied House At Oyster Cove, TAS

Shortly before midnight on Tuesday, 14 February 2017, police were called to a structure fire at Graces Road in Oyster Cove, Tasmania Police say.

On arrival an unoccupied dwelling was found to be well alight.

The fire has caused extensive damage, estimated to be $200,000.

The home had not been lived in since 2014 and no persons were at risk.

Police are investigating the cause of the fire.
