Fire Investigation, Rochedale South

Police are investigating a house fire that occurred in Rochedale South this morning, June 18.

Around 9.15am, emergency services responded to Rochedale Road following reports a house was well engulfed.

Two occupants, a 33-year-old male and a 29-year-old female, were able to evacuate the property with a dog and sustained non-life-threatening injuries.

Two dogs died as a result of the fire.

A crime scene has been declared and investigations into the cause of the fire are underway.
