Firearms incident at Salisbury North , SA

Elizabeth Police are door-knocking a street in Salisbury North following a firearms incident this morning, according to SA Police.

At 5.45am, police patrols responded to reports of a man in a silver vehicle, firing two gunshots towards a house in Ashmore Road.


There are no reported injuries from the incident.

A silver vehicle similar to the one seen leaving the shooting, was found burnt-out a short time later in Robinson Road at Waterloo Corner.


Elizabeth CIB are investigating the matter, which is not considered a random attack.


Crime Scene examiners are attending the Salisbury North home and the burnt out vehicle at Waterloo Corner this morning, to determine if both incidents are linked.
