What are flow trails?

Flow trails are specially constructed mountain bike paths that provide smooth and enjoyable riding. They feature gentle turns, rollers, and berms, making them fun and accessible to everyone.

  • Rollers are small, rounded mounds that riders roll over to build speed without pedalling. More experienced riders may even choose to jump from one roller to the next.
  • Berms are banked turns with a raised edge, helping riders move smoothly through corners, while maintaining traction and speed.
