As a result of a six-month investigation, police located a clan lab and charged five people with serious drug offences.
Southern District CIB investigators located a clandestine laboratory at a Reynella address earlier this month.
During further searches, police seized 250ml of amphetamine oil, 20 grams of methamphetamine, 30 grams of cocaine, 53 ecstasy tablets, about 50 suboxone strips, 1.5 litres of 1,4-butanediol and $10,200 in cash.
Five people, including a 24-year-old Flagstaff Hill man, a 30-year-old Blackwood woman, a 55-year-old Flagstaff Hill man, a 56-year-old Reynella man and a 60-year-old Morphett Vale man, were subsequently arrested and charged with manufacturing a controlled drug and trafficking in a controlled drug.
The Morphett Vale man was refused police bail and appeared in the Christies Beach Magistrates Court on 18 December.
The other arrested persons will face the Christies Beach Magistrates Court on 12 and 16 February.
