ADVICE TO THE PUBLIC:

RIVER LEVELS ARE ELEVATED ALONG THE VICTORIA RIVER

River levels remain elevated across the Victoria River catchment in response to recent rainfall. Showers and thunderstorms are forecast over the coming days which may lead to some river level rises.

A Flood Watch is current for parts of the Top End, Central and Western Inland Areas.

Upper Victoria River:

River levels are elevated along the Upper Victoria River.

Victoria River between Armstrong River and Wattie Creek:

River levels are elevated along the Camfield River and the Victoria River between the Armstrong River and Wattie Creek.

Victoria River between Battle Creek and Armstrong River:

River levels are elevated along the Victoria River between Battle Creek and the Armstrong River.

Victoria River below Battle Creek:

River levels are elevated along the Victoria River downstream of Battle Creek.
