Today, the department released the memorandum for Force Health Protection Guidance (Supplement 18) Revision 1 - Department of Defense Guidance for Protecting All Personnel in Department of Defense Workplaces During the Coronavirus Disease 2019 Pandemic.

This memorandum rescinds and replaces FHP Guidance (Supplement 18), March 17, 2021, and supplements requirements regarding the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic in accordance with FHP Guidance (Supplement 23) Revision 3, December 20, 2021, and Department of Defense Instruction (DoDI) 6200.03, "Public Health Emergency Management (PHEM) Within the DoD," March 28,2019.

The memorandum provides guidance on the following:

  • COVID-19 Vaccination Status
  • Restrict Workplace Access
  • Collecting Information Necessary to Protect the Workplace
  • Implementing Procedures
  • Annual Audiometric Testing
