This fortnightly update is a guide to MidCoast Council roadworks and maintenance projects that are ongoing or scheduled to take place over the next two weeks. Drivers may experience minor traffic delays at some of these locations.
The pothole patching crew are scheduled to be at the following locations;
• The Bucketts Way
• Thunderbolts Way
• Bowman Farm Road
• Cedar Party Road
• Youngs Road
• Various sites across Taree
• Various sites across Wingham
• Various sites across Harrington
• Various sites across Gloucester
General roadworks will take place at the following locations;
• Manning Point Road (near Main Road) - Reconstruction works
• Wingham Wetlands - Restoration work
• The Bucketts Way, Mograni - Rehabilitation works
• Isabella Street Roundabout, Wingham - Reconstruction works
• Lansdowne Road, Langley Vale - Rehabilitation works
• King & Lombard Streets, Coolongolook - Footpath construction
• Wanya Road, Tea Gardens - Reconstruction works
• Red Head Road & Diamond Beach Road - Roundabout construction
General maintenance works will take place at the following locations
• Heavy patching across various sections of Wingham Road, Bushland Drive and High Street, Taree
• Spence Street, Taree - footpath works
• Timber bridge maintenance
• Thunderbolts Way - drainage works
• The Bucketts Way, Stroud Road - heavy patching
• The Lakes Way, Boolambayte - heavy patching
• The Bucketts Way, Booral Road, Markwell Road, Myall Way, Minimbah Road, Coomba Road and The Lakes Way - shoulder and drainage works
• Likely Street, Miles Close, Cape Hawke Drive, Blackhead Road, Diamond Beach Road, Bombah Point Road, Myall Way - crack sealing
Roadside vegetation management will occur at the following locations;
• Various sites across the Hannam Vale area
• Hobbits Way
• Caparra Road
Maintenance grading of unsealed roads will be undertaken at the following locations;
• Upper Avon Road
• Rawdon Vale Road
• Tipperary Road
• Metz Road
• Irwins Road
• Nowendoc Road
• Bunyah Road
• Bulby Brush Road
• Enfield Range Road
• Violet Hill Road
• The Branch Lane
• Nugra Lane
• Brooks Road
• Monkerai Road
