Police have arrested four offenders after multiple attempted robberies involving a stolen car in Greater Dandenong.
It is believed three offenders attended a business on Heatherton Road, Dandenong on 16 September.
Two offenders exited a vehicle, brandished a knife and demanded cash from a victim about 11.50am before fleeing in a stolen Mitsubishi.
Six offenders attended a service station on Cheltenham Road in Keysborough about 2am on 17 September, the offenders have taken items from the store, before being confronted by a witness and removed from the store. The offenders then attempted to force entry to the service station multiple times, before fleeing.
Approximately 10 minutes later, officers observed the stolen Mitsubishi Outlander driving erratically in Noble Park North before stopping at a service station on Police Road in Mulgrave.
Police were immediately on scene and disturbed the offenders committing an attempted armed robbery, arresting two offenders.
Four other offenders fled in the stolen vehicle, which collided with a pole nearby in Springvale.
Officers searched the area and located two other offenders.
It is believed the vehicle was stolen from a gym in Springvale on 14 September.
The offenders, a 14-year-old boy and 12-year-old girl from Greater Dandenong, as well as two 18-year-olds, a female from Springvale and a male from Narre Warren will be interviewed by detectives.
The investigation is ongoing, to determine the identity of the two outstanding offenders.
