Four Charged, Firearms Seized in $220,000 Cocaine Probe

Taskforce Falcon detectives have charged four people and seized firearms following an investigation into an alleged cocaine supply syndicate in Sydney's south west.

Strike Force Nelaro was established in June 2026 by detectives from State Crime Command's Taskforce Falcon, to investigate the alleged supply of 340g of cocaine, with an estimated potential street value of $220,000.

Following extensive inquiries, strike force detectives - with assistance from Raptor Squad – executed search warrants in Fairfield and Liverpool about 6am today (Wednesday 7 October 2026).

During the searches, detectives seized a gel blaster pistol, long arm firearm, more than 100 rounds of ammunition, knives, and prohibited drugs including cocaine.

Two men – aged 18 – and a 21-year-old man were arrested in Fairfield and taken to Cabramatta Police Station.

An 18-year-old man was charged with 18 offences including,

  • Supply prohibited drug (greater than small and less than indictable quantity)
  • Supply prohibited drug (greater than indictable and less than commercial quantity) (10 counts)
  • Supply prohibited drug (greater than commercial quantity)
  • Supply prohibited drugs on an ongoing basis
  • Knowingly direct activities of criminal group
  • Possess or use a prohibited weapon without permit
  • Possess ammunition without holding licence/permit/authority (two counts), and
  • Fail to comply digital evidence access order direction

The second 18-year-old man was charged with two counts of supply prohibited drug greater than indictable and less than commercial quantity, possess unauthorised pistol, and fail to comply digital evidence access order direction.

The 21-year-old man was charged with possess unauthorised pistol.

All three were refused bail to appear at Fairfield Local Court today (Wednesday 7 October 2026).

An 18-year-old woman was arrested in Liverpool and taken to Liverpool Police Station, where she was charged with supply prohibited drug greater than indictable and less than commercial quantity.

She was granted conditional bail to appear at Liverpool Local Court on Wednesday 14 October 2026.
