Four injured in jumping castle incident - Elderslie

Three children have been taken to hospital after an incident on a jumping castle today.

At 3.40pm (Saturday 19 October 2019) emergency services were called to commercial property on Macarthur Road in Elderslie following reports that children had been injured in a fall from a jumping castle.

Officers attached to Camden Police Area Command and NSW Ambulance paramedics attended.

Police were told that four children were playing on a jumping castle when it lifted into the air, causing the children to fall up to 8m to the ground.

Three children were transported to Westmead Children's Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, including a three-year-old girl and two boys, aged five and six. An eight-year-old girl was treated at the scene for minor injuries.
