Criminal Groups Squad detectives have released two images of fraudulent NSW driver licences which 32-year-old Mark Horne, who is wanted for breach of bail, may be using to evade capture.

Mark was last known to have been on Coorabin Place, Riverwood, about 6.15am on Friday (21 October 2022), where it's believed he entered a 2004 model white Hyundai Getz, with registration BV 67 PS, and was last seen heading westbound on the M5 motorway.

Police believe Mr Horne has since travelled via a privately chartered light aircraft from Bankstown Airport to an unknown regional airport, en route to Queensland, and is attempting to reach south-east Asia.

As inquiries to locate him continue, police have released two images of fraudulent NSW driver licences police believe Mr Horne may be using to evade police.

One of these is an unrestricted licence bearing the name ANDREW FRANCIS, and the other is a provisional licence with the name LUVENI BOCI.

Criminal Groups Squad Commander, Detective Superintendent Grant Taylor, urged members of the public to look closely at the identification cards.

"It is likely Mr Horne will be using fraudulent ID to assist with his escape from Australia and I would urge anyone who deals with identification documents to take note," Det Supt Taylor said.

"That includes hotel and hire car employees, and other accommodation and rental services which he may be using or have used to facilitate his escape.

"Our attempts to locate Mark are extending far and wide and I can now confidently say that he has most likely left NSW and is elsewhere in Australia.

"NSW detectives continue to be assisted by our law enforcement partners across Australia and I am now calling upon the broader community to be our eyes and ears," Det Supt Taylor said.

Mark is described as being about 185cm tall, of medium build, with brown hair and brown eyes.

He has distinctive tattoos covering both arms and his right leg, as well as faded tattoos on his neck and chin.

Anyone who sights Mark, or who has information about his whereabouts, is urged not to approach him, and to call Triple Zero (000) immediately.

Anyone with information about the location of Mark Horne should call Crime Stoppers: 1800 333 000 or https://nsw.crimestoppers.com.au. Information is treated in strict confidence. The public is reminded not to report information via NSW Police social media pages.
