The annual Mayor's Seniors Concert will be putting on the glitz and glamour next month with three dazzling shows scheduled at HOTA on Monday 13 October.

Free tickets will be available from 9am on Monday 22 September and are expected to book out quickly.

A Swinging Hollywood Soiree is this year's theme and will take the audience on a tour of the golden age of glamour with sizzling dance, smoky vocals and swing sensations.

"We're inviting Gold Coast seniors to a lavish Hollywood party that will be produced by the award-winning and highly acclaimed Aerial Angels and their sister company The Pink Flamingo," said Councillor Donna Gates.

"The City hosts three free shows annually to coincide with Queensland Seniors Month and celebrate our older Gold Coasters for their valuable contributions to the community.

"So come along and step into the golden age of glamour at this year's Mayor's Seniors Concert where the outfits sparkles, the jazz swings, and the stars shine brighter than ever."

The Mayor's Seniors Concert will be a one-hour show in the HOTA Lakeside Room hosted by Emcee Jerome and his sidekick La La.

The three 60-minute sessions will be held at 9:30am, 12pm and 2:30pm.
