Drivers who want to feel more at ease behind the wheel now have access to free refresher sessions with accredited instructors. The program is fully funded by Mornington Peninsula Shire and delivered by Mike's Driving School.

Acting Mayor Councillor Paul Pingiaro said: "This new program is about empowering drivers who might find our increasingly busy roads and new vehicle technology a bit overwhelming.

"Having a refresher session can be a practical choice for those who wants to brush up on their skills and stay independent and connected within their community. Sessions are designed around each participant's individual needs."
