Council received the COVID Safe Outdoor Activation Fund worth $300,000 from the Victorian Government, to expand our existing business recovery initiatives, including outdoor dining and community spaces.
The fund has allowed us to purchase resources to help businesses promote COVIDSafe practices to their customers and staff, add a touch of magic and warmth with fairy lights, and give new life to their business façade.
We have 83 hand sanitiser stands, 100 graffiti kits, 200 fairy light kits available to give away to businesses.
