Freeway closed at White Hill

Emergency services responded to a truck rollover on the South Eastern Freeway at White Hill this morning.

The truck rolled onto its side near the Pope Road Bridge, on the eastern carriageway of the South Eastern Freeway just after 9am on Sunday 10 December.

The truck driver as able to get out of the truck and was taken to hospital by ambulance.

The freeway will be closed to eastbound traffic from about midday today while a tow truck attends and clears the scene.

Diversions will be in place for motorists via the Monarto exit to travel along Old Princes Highway into Murray Bridge.

The freeway is expected to be closed for about two hours while the scene is cleared.
