Front end loader stolen in Clyde North

Casey Crime Investigation Unit detectives are investigating a theft of a large front end loader and damage to property in Clyde North.

It is believed an offender stole the Komatsu front end loader on McCormacks Road and drove it through the streets before leaving it in Lynes Road, Tooradin between 3.30pm on 31 August and 6.15am on 2 September.

The loader was driven down Muddy Gates Lane causing extensive damage to council property, including signs and barriers.

Investigators have released an image of the loader in the hope someone saw it being driven.
