Jeremy Rockliff has blown the state's finances and put Tasmania into $10 billion of debt.
Now he is breaking a promise to protect frontline positions in the public service, axing nursing jobs and other essential roles in our health system.
The minority Liberal Government is also cutting library and technology roles in education and park rangers.
The latest figures reveal that since March 3, the Government has left 59 positions unfilled with job titles including nursing positions and other health roles (see attached document).
While the Liberals claimed their hiring freeze would only impact "non-essential" roles, how could anyone in their right mind call these jobs non-essential?
Tasmanians shouldn't have to pay for Jeremy Rockliff's budget disaster with their jobs or their access to healthcare.
The list of jobs cut makes it clear Jeremy Rockliff has broken another promise to Tasmanians.
