With the release of the City's Corporate Business Plan and Budget Newsletter it is a great time to gain an insight into the City's priorities and major projects for the coming years.
Each year the City progresses through a business planning process to plan for the delivery of services, activities and key projects. The City's Corporate Business Plan sets out the City's strategic direction for the next four years. It provides an overview of our organisation, our community profiles and sets out key priorities and major project milestones.
The Budget Newsletter focuses in on the main priorities for the coming year. This year's budget provides a platform for stable and sustainable growth while delivering essential services and infrastructure.
The budget delivers an extensive capital works program with highlights including construction of the Ellenbrook Leisure Centre, a Stock Road upgrade and significant roads, bridges and building construction works.
We will also continue to deliver a wide range of services from libraries to youth services, health and fitness programs and community transport.
