A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Gamil Aziz.
The 74-year-old Spotswood man is wanted on warrant for failing to appear at court for a traffic matter.
Aziz has moved address and is actively avoiding police.
He is known to frequent Melbourne's western suburbs.
He is described as Mediterranean, with a solid build, grey shoulder-length hair and brown eyes, and wears glasses.
Investigators have released an image of Aziz in the hope that someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
