Police are investigating a robbery which occurred at West Lakes this evening.
Just after 9.30pm on Monday 29 July, patrols were called to a tavern on Bartley Terrace, after a man allegedly armed with a knife entered the gaming area and threatened staff.
Thankfully no one was physically injured and suspect left on foot with an amount of cash.
He is described as a short caucasian male, wearing a blue beanie, a black zip up hoodie, light jeans or tracksuit pants, with white sneakers and black laces. He was also wearing white gloves with a black satchel.
A search of the area failed to locate the man and investigations are continuing.
