Detectives from the Gang Crime Squad have arrested an 18-year-old man in Dandenong North this morning.
The arrest was the result of an investigation into reports of a group of people fighting about 4am on 16 May in Little Chapel Street Prahran.
He was arrested this morning in relation to a breach of bail and escaping custody.
The Dandenong North man has since been charged with bail offences and escape and will appear at Melbourne Magistrates' Court today.
