Geelong Small Business Festival: Apply now to host an event

The Geelong Small Business Festival (GSBF) will run from Wednesday 18 August to Friday 3 September 2021.

We're looking for businesses and business experts to host events that fit the following themes:

  • Business essentials (cash flow, finance, tax, legal, applying for grants)
  • Marketing, social media and promoting businesses online (branding, social media, digital marketing, moving business online, new digital technologies)
  • Starting a business (business/marketing plans, getting permits, home-based businesses, side hustles and co-working spaces)
  • Growing business and sales, and expanding networks (networking, local procurement, business mentoring, tips for success)
  • Career development, leading and managing people (leadership, employing staff, outsourcing, managing/motivating a team, culture, diversity)
  • Health and wellbeing (keeping connected, staff safety and OH&S, mental and physical health)

If you're an expert in any of these fields or have an event idea to help small businesses, we'd love to hear from you.
