Georges River Council is pleased to announce a new partnership with Service NSW to deliver a monthly Business Concierge service at the Hurstville Civic Centre, commencing July 2025.
As part of a six-month pilot program, a Service NSW Business Concierge will be available each month at Council's Customer Service Centre to provide free, personalised support to local businesses.
The Service NSW Business Bureau supports businesses by facilitating access to government services and expert advice. This includes direct contact with a Business Concierge via phone, in person, or online; guidance from independent advisors; participation in events and webinars through Business Connect; in-language assistance from multicultural advisors; and the option to create a Business Profile to streamline government transactions and licence management.
Georges River Council Mayor Elise Borg said, "Council is proud to partner with Service NSW to deliver this valuable Business Concierge service."

The Business Concierge service will be available from 9.00am to 5.00pm at the Hurstville Civic Centre, MacMahon Street, Hurstville, on the following dates:
