Global Health Imports Banned Under New Policy

Public Services and Procurement Canada

Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has deemed Global Health Imports Corporation of Edmonton, Alberta, ineligible under the Ineligibility and Suspension Policy, effective February 21, 2025.

The company is ineligible from entering into contracts or real property agreements with the Government of Canada until February 21, 2030.

An assessment of the supplier's conduct by the Office of Supplier Integrity and Compliance found the company to have met the threshold for a determination of ineligibility pursuant to the Ineligibility and Suspension Policy.

Global Health Imports Corporation had been under a provisional suspension since November 22, 2024.

The Government of Canada will continue to take action to strengthen the integrity of the procurement process to help ensure it does not do business with suppliers of concern.
