Global Victoria supports 14 Victorian scaleups to take on world

South by Southwest (SXSW) celebrates the convergence of the interactive, film, and music industries and has a culture of fostering creative technology startups.

With just under one week to go before SXSW kicks off, Global Victoria's technology trade team have been busy fine tuning a business program to support 14 Victorian tech scaleups and 23 delegates who are ready to take on the world.

Global Victoria's delegation covers a diverse range of industries, including automotive, health and wearable tech, energy, workforce management, music tech, education, customer communications management, software indexing and mapping and speakers bureau.

Delegates primary objective is to:

  • increase their export sales and awareness of business capabilities in the US market
  • improve their business networks
  • enter into a joint venture
  • partner with or form a strategic alliance
  • establish an office in the US
  • raise capital.
