Police are investigating after more than $70,000 in gold bullion was stolen from a Ballarat home last Wednesday, Victoria Police say.
The offenders have forced open a window of the Webster Street residence between 8am-12pm.
The thieves have searched the home, locating a quantity of cash, a 1kg bar of gold bullion, an iPad and a laptop before fleeing.
Investigators would like to speak to the occupants of a gold four-wheel drive that was seen in the area.
