There's great excitement within AgForce as we prepare for the "Casino Royale" themed Grains Gala Dinner in Toowoomba on July 18 - the Queensland Grains Industry's night of nights.
It's important that we acknowledge and celebrate how critical agriculture is to the Qld economy, and the grains industry is a big part of that. We need to celebrate the very fabric that our regional communities are built on.
First and foremost, it's vital that we not only honour all the grains producers in the state, but also those who play a vital support role in what we do, and those who are part of the industry. We really want to thank all the people who continue to generously sponsor this event to ensure it is a night to remember.
And that's not just the major event sponsors who provide so much, but also let's not forget to thank the smaller local businesses for their important contribution.
This bi-annual event is a great opportunity for the grains industry to frock up, let their collective hair down and enjoy an evening that's all about recognising what a wonderful and diverse grains industry we have in Queensland.
