Keeping kids active and involved in sports
The Sports Vouchers program has been refreshed to now offer two $100 subsidies for children from Reception to Year 9, which eases the cost of sport, dance and learn-to-swim fees on families.
The program has been expanded to Scouts and Girl Guides and music lessons, helping more children to participate in active recreation and get involved in the community.

Community Recreation and Sport Facilities Program
South Australian sport and active recreation clubs can now apply for a share in $5.9 million funding to help develop, upgrade and renew their infrastructure.
Grants of between $5000 and $750,000 are on offer through the Community Recreation and Sport Facilities Program for projects including upgrades to playing surfaces, lighting, changerooms and clubrooms, as well as the development of multi-use sport and recreation facilities.

Active Club Program
South Australian sporting, active recreation and fishing clubs can apply for a share of more than $1.4 million through Round 56 of the Active Club Program.
Clubs can apply for grants of up to $3000 for essential equipment, small-scale infrastructure upgrades, uniforms and other items that support players and members. A dedicated $200,000 stream is also available for recreational fishing clubs impacted by the algal bloom.

Fellowship Grant for Individuals 2027
Carclew's Fellowships are now open, with up to $10,000 available to support South Australia's young creatives pursue development opportunities.
Funding spans many disciplines including but not limited to performing arts, visual arts, community arts, digital platforms, written word, arts administration and industry pathways. Carclew Fellowships are designed to encourage young creatives to build their practice, develop new skills, expand their industry experience, and pursue opportunities for artistic and professional growth.

Dame Roma Mitchell Grants
Eligible South Australian children and young people who are, or have been, under the guardianship of the Chief Executive or Minister for Child Protection can apply for Dame Roma Mitchell Grants to help achieve personal goals, support health and wellbeing, and access developmental opportunities.

Julia Farr Disability Inclusion Grants
Funded through the Home for the Incurables Trust (HFI), these grants support projects that break down barriers, increase participation and strengthen inclusion for people with disability.
The grants, delivered by the Department of Human Services on behalf of the HFI Trust twice each year, are available in two tiers:
- up to $20,000 for projects delivered over 12 months
- up to $100,000 for larger initiatives delivered over 24 months.

Cost of living
Making repayments more affordable
Eligible individuals can apply for a No Interest Loan (NIL) and borrow up to $2000 for essential goods and services and up to $3000 for housing-related expenses such as bond or for recovery from a natural disaster. As well as being interest free, the loans have no fees or charges.

Funding for South Australian start-ups
The Seed-Start program provides financial support for early-stage and high-growth potential businesses in South Australia. Eligible start-ups can apply for funding to assist with the cost of commercialising a product or service that is unique and has a sustainable competitive advantage in national and international markets.
Two different funding types are available, depending on each business's stage of development:
- Seed Grants: Minimum $50,000, maximum $100,000
- Start Grants: Minimum $100,001, maximum $500,000

Arts and Culture Grants Program
CreateSA connects South Australia's arts and culture sector with financial support for a range of activities. The investment in the sector helps professional artists and arts organisation to develop, make work and engage with audiences. It also assists in building partnerships and creative collaborations which enhance the state's reputation as a place for arts and culture.

First home buyer grant
A grant of up to $15,000 is available for eligible first home buyers who are in the process of buying a new home or building a property that has not been previously occupied in.

Environment
Heritage Agreement Grants
A new $6 million Heritage Agreement Grants program will support landowners across South Australia to protect and enhance native vegetation and biodiversity on private land.
Grants can fun activities including fencing, week and pest management and planting, with workshops, training and regional outreach also available to support landowners.
