Greater Beveridge Centre Expansion Advances

The $3.97 million expansion of the Greater Beveridge Community Centre is progressing well.

Funded by the Victorian Government, the project includes two new kindergarten rooms, a minor expansion of the outdoor play space, and landscaping works to support the growing needs of the Beveridge community.

The expansion will increase the number of kindergarten places available in line with the roll-out of funded kindergarten for three-year-olds.

Recent works have included undercoating the newly plastered internal walls, installation of ceilings and lighting, and fitting of doors and glazing.

Up next will be cabinetry installation which will be closely followed by the laying of vinyl floor coverings.

The project remains on track for completion by December 2025.
