Greater Shepparton Conducts Third Quarter Community Satisfaction Surveys

The third quarter Local Government Community Satisfaction Surveys are currently underway across Greater Shepparton, with surveys being conducted up until Wednesday 12 April 2023.

The Community Satisfaction Survey is conducted by Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing, with Greater Shepparton residents aged 18+ selected at random to take part. The surveys allow residents to share their thoughts on Greater Shepparton City Council and the services it provides to the community.

Research resource company Thinkfield conducts the quarterly phone surveys which are a useful way for Council to understand whether it is meeting community expectations.

Council's Director Corporate Services, Chris Teitzel, said the quarterly surveys provide a great insight into the ways Council can improve its services, facilities and activities.

"I encourage anyone who receives a phone call in the next few days to take part in the survey and provide us with their honest opinion on Council's performance," he said.

"All of the responses are confidential and are grouped with others. The surveys are legitimate and are a very useful tool for Council. We appreciate everyone who takes part in the surveys each quarter."

The third quarter surveys will finish on Wednesday 12 April 2023. Residents are reminded that if they receive a phone call from Thinkfield in the next week, they can be assured it is legitimate and is being conducted on behalf of Council.

The fourth quarter surveys will be undertaken in June.
