Griffith City Council is proud to reveal the nominees for this year's Australia Day Awards, with remarkable individuals and organisations recognised for their dedication and service to the community.
Nominations have been received across eight categories.
Mayor Doug Curran said the awards play an important role in acknowledging those who go above and beyond for others.
"These nominees have devoted countless hours and energy to improving our community and making Griffith a better place for everyone," Councillor Curran said.
"It is great to see their efforts acknowledged and celebrated through these awards."
