Our vibrant food, wine and culture will once again take centre stage when Griffith features on Channel 7's Sydney Weekender this Sunday, 2 November at 5:25pm on Channel 7 and 7plus.
Filmed in March, this episode, themed "Griffith: Eat & Stay", is the second of two features showcasing the best of Griffith. Viewers will join the Sydney Weekender team as they explore some of the city's most inviting experiences, including Zecca Handmade, Jen's Garden Pods, Bull & Bell and The Gem Hotel.
The feature highlights Griffith's thriving food scene, modern accommodation, and warm, welcoming community, offering an authentic taste of the Griffith lifestyle.
This follows Griffith's first Sydney Weekender feature in May, themed "Griffith: Eat & Play", which showcased the region's rich cultural attractions and local icons including Pioneer Park Museum, Bertoldo's Pasticceria, Calabria Family Wines, and Griffith's colourful public murals.
In addition to the two main features, Griffith has also been the focus of two "What's On" segments leading into A Taste Of Italy Griffith and Griffith Spring Fest, giving audiences across New South Wales a glimpse of the events and energy that make Griffith a standout regional destination.
Griffith Mayor, Councillor Doug Curran said the continued exposure on Sydney Weekender is an incredible boost for the city's tourism profile.
