Five days of events celebrating Griffith's food, wine and community will take centre stage this Easter Long Weekend as the Griffith Easter Party returns.
Running from Thursday 2 April to Monday 6 April 2026, the event invites visitors and locals to celebrate the end of vintage and experience Griffith's culture through a packed program of activities, cellar door experiences and community events.
Kick off Good Friday, 3 April, with The John Dodd Pharmacy Bacchus on the Lake from 7am to 12pm, followed by Pioneer Park Museum Action Day from 10am to 4pm.
Saturday 4 April offers something for everyone, including Easter Fun for Kids at Memorial Park from 8.30am to 11.30am, the popular Easter Sidewalk Sale along Banna Avenue from 9am, DJ Freddie bringing the beats at Wine Waves at De Bortoli Wines from 12pm - 4pm, Live in the Vines at Yarran Wines from 1pm to 5pm, and Afternoon Aperitivo at Harvest HQ from 3pm to 6pm.
On Easter Sunday, 5 April, visitors are encouraged to explore local wineries and producers, with events including the Easter Sunday Producers Market at Piccolo Family Farm from 8am to 1pm, Celebrazione at De Bortoli Wines (11am–4pm, bookings required) and The Long Pour at Berton Family Vineyards (12pm–4pm, bookings required).
Enjoy live music at local clubs on Saturday night, while restaurants and cafés will also be open throughout the long weekend, offering a wide range of cuisines to enjoy.
This year's program has been refreshed to cover everything from events and cellar doors to attractions and daily 'open and free' experiences, all organised to make planning each day easy.
Griffith City Council Events Coordinator Izabella Apolloni said Easter Party 2026 is shaping up to be a standout celebration.
"There really is something for everyone to enjoy," Ms Apolloni said.
