Police are asking for the public's help finding Teianah, who has been reported missing from the Onerahi area.
The 15-year-old was last seen at about 12pm on 11 August.
She is described as about 176cms tall with light brown curly hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing black leggings, a black jacket, and a gold necklace with a 'T' on it.
It is likely she is in the wider Northland or Auckland areas.
Police and Teianah's family have concerns for her welfare and would like to find her as soon as possible.
